Event Photography Online Course 

Freelance photographers who take events as part of their job can expect to earn from $100 to $5,000 per photograph. 

The demand for professional photographs of events is increasing, and people are increasingly interested in staging weddings, parties, and events as a way to celebrate birthdays and holidays. Wedding photography is particularly profitable, but event photographers must stand out and be sought out in order to attract their first patrons.

When it comes to photographing a celebration, all you need is a camera, a lens, and a desire to attempt - we will instruct you on the rest. This training covers the methods of obtaining your first client, the preparation of an event, what to expect on the day of, and the post-event responsibilities you will have.

This course will give you the opportunity to try out event photography and determine if it's appropriate for you. After the project is complete, you will have all of the necessary tools to become a successful photographer of events and create lasting memories for your clients, so get snapping!

Module 1: Prepping For The Event 1

Marketing Your Product or How to be distinct in a crowd?
Initial Client Conversations & Product Discussions- Get your first client.
Identifying Your Clients Needs - understand what they really want.
Discussing a Contract – Discuss your concerns and create agreements that are effective


Module 2: Prepping for the Event 2

Ensure you possess the appropriate gear – Advice on purchasing the appropriate equipment.
Cleaning, Troubleshooting and Organising Gear– Take care of your gear.
Understanding your audience - What is expected from your audience prior to your event's arrival?
Scouting Your Location - Review the area and eliminate wasteful hours on the day of.
Preparing for Anything – Murphy's rule is absolute, so be ready for anything!


Module 3: The Event's 2

Professional Habits – Don't even consider being late
What to Expect – Shot lists, know what to expect and when to expect it.
Managing the Unpredictable – Remaining composed under pressure
Gear, Light and Lenses - The proper settings prior to the ideal picture.


Module 4: The Event's 2

Tricks to ensure flawless interactions with guests– Be pleasant, blend in, and smile.
Getting the most out of every photograph - photos that are so impressive that you will thank me.
Discussing the Event's History - A beginning, middle, and end
Advice on Successful Job Performance - The best way to accomplish this is through Event Photography's tips and methods.


Module 5: After the Event

uploading Your photos - Is the hourglass indicating excitement?
Editing Your Images – Corrupt those images
Delivery Methods – Websites, digital profiles, and cloud transfers, oh my!
Providing supplementary products - Photo albums and commemorative prints are still alive... but.
Increasing the Portfolio - Don't keep your work private, reveal it!
