Online Courses

All of the courses are accessible online. Courses must be completed before the intended start date can be reached. Online courses, materials, tasks and certificates are all accessible via the International Open Academy Virtual Campus. The course must be initiated within the following year of registration on our website. Each course is legitimate for 60 days from the date of activation. Courses must be completed in full (all pages saved), and a minimum of 55 per cent of the total points for each Module is needed to complete the course and receive a certification. If a Module is unsuccessful, there is one additional free resit per exam task that is available until a score of 55 per cent is achieved. After successfully completing the course and passing the exams, students can verify their knowledge with superior quality and budget-friendly ways of accreditation. The transcripts and certificates they receive are recognised internationally, which increases the students' value in the market and also acknowledges their accomplishments.

Accreditation

We are a recognised member of The CPD Certification Service, which means that some of the courses are eligible for continued professional development (CPD/CE). We are currently in the middle of a process that will assess all of our courses.

Our courses are recognised by the International Council for Online Education (www.icoes.org). ICOES is the international organisation that grants recognition, maintains standards and improves quality in online teaching institutions. Subscriptions

The International Open Academy has three different subscription types that users can choose from:
A payment plan that is monthly
A payment plan that is annual.
a one-time payment that grants access to the resource for a limited time period, followed by an unlimited amount of access.
All transactions are conducted in the currency, and the price is displayed when you purchase, including any indirect taxes.
The International Open Academy is permitted to add or alter the types of subscriptions available, and to change the content and subscription type of services for different classes of subscribers at any time.
The cost of each subscription will be indicated on the order page. When you pay for a subscription, you commit to paying the fees associated with the purchase at the time of the payment and any additional fees associated with the processing or issuing bank. Any increases to subscription fees will be communicated to subscribers in advance, along with the option of opting out of the service if desired.
Submitting the payment and completing the order forms creates a contract for the services listed in the subscription plan, this indicates that you understand all of the terms. Once the payment is approved and the contract is signed, the process of initiating the contract will begin. You will have access to your subscription after this.
Unless explicitly stated in the offer or promotional material, your subscription will automatically be renewed when a customer order is placed. The option that automatically renews is the default. Users can hủy the subscription if they don't want the payment to be automatically renewed.
Unless specifically mentioned in the offer or promotional material, the account owner can rescind a subscription at any time. This can be accomplished by logging into your account and selecting the option of Cancelling My Subscription in Manage Subscriptions. Cancellation must take place prior to the next payment being due, or the subscriber will be charged for the next period of billing.
The International Open Academy has the power to end or prevent access to a subscription at any time with or without cause; the account owner is notified of this. These rights to termination are in addition to all other available remedies under these Terms or, in law, as described by the International Open Academy.

Access to all courses, permanent or lifetime access

This product, which grants access to all classes, has been removed from the market. It gave all of the students in the library access to all of the courses at any given time during the purchase process. The Membership Plan is now being utilised as a substitute for the product.

Please be aware that your access to the product is limited to the courses that are available until the day you purchase it. Any additional classes you take after purchasing your International Open Academy will not be available to you.

We recognise that occasionally a course, service or product may not be what you expected. As a result, we provide refunds within 14 days of purchase, if the following conditions are met.
If you've yet to begin the course, you can receive a cash payment for it within the 14-day period.
2- If you've begun the course, but haven't finished it, or aren't happy with it, we will issue a refund in the form of a gift card within the 14-day period.
If you successfully completed the course or if the 14-day period has passed, we are unable to offer a refund. Please be aware that the policy below is in compliance with the Consumer Rights Directive of 2011/83/EU (CRD).
If a course, product, or service was purchased or part-purchased through a third party or using a voucher from a third party, you must directly contact the issuer to inquire about their policy on refunds.
Every month, subscriptions are payable, but no money will be given back. This is because when you buy a subscription to the Site and Services, you're purchasing a continuous rolling subscription that is billed on a regular basis for the subscription fees. Every time you pay the fees associated with the subscription, you will subscribe to the next billing period. You can halt the payment of your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a credit for the subscription fees that have already been paid.
Annual or lifetime subscriptions that are limited to a seven-day period of refund are available from the day of purchase. After this time, we are unable to reverse your payment. However, you can still block the subscription's auto-renewal. If you follow a yearly plan, you will still receive benefits until your scheduled expiration date.
Because of their immediate nature, these products are non-refundable: Proof of Completion, Proof of Enrollment, Certificate of Attainment, Result Breakdown Transcript, ebooks, Tools, lesson plans, and activities.
Documents that are issued in the PDF format of the organisations that certify our courses are non-refundable. These are examples of the ICOES' digital certificates and the CPD's digital certificate.
